RECK'S ROOM IS COMING TO BRIGHTON

From a South London living room to Brighton — Reck’s Room continues to grow, bringing its community-driven energy to a new city.

Some things just grow naturally.

Reck’s Room started in a living room in South London. No big plan, no big strategy — just music, good people, and a space to connect.

Since then, it’s grown into something bigger. New rooms, new faces, sold out shows… but at its core, it’s always stayed the same.

Community first. Music always.

Now, for the first time…

Reck’s Room is leaving London.

And Brighton felt like the only place to start.

The first time I ever performed outside of London was in Brighton at The Komedia. That moment came through artist Jed, who’s now coming full circle and stepping in to perform at this show too.

So yeah… it only made sense.

Brighton’s always had its own energy. Its own scene. Its own talent. And that’s really what this is about — not just bringing Reck’s Room to a new city, but connecting with what’s already there.

There’s talent everywhere.

And Reck’s Room has always been about creating a space to highlight that — to bring people together, share music, and build something real in the room.

This is also about growth.

Taking something that started small and seeing how far it can go. Testing new spaces, reaching new people, and inviting more into what’s been building.

If you’ve been following the journey but you’re not based in London this one’s for you.

If you’re in Brighton and you’ve never heard of Reck’s Room before…

Just know this:

It’s not really a “music event”.
It’s more like going round to a mate’s house.

A room full of people, good energy, and music you actually feel.

And the aim is simple —
if you leave without making a new friend, you’ve missed the assignment.

So whether you’re coming down from London, based in Brighton, or just looking for something different this summer…

This is your invite.

The best kept secret is starting to move.
